Once a month

Gather at the Hearth

The Hearth is my online space for women. Meet once a month in a circle with like-minded souls for nourishment, healing, and support. Each gathering includes quiet reflection, a yoga nidra meditation, and a community of like-minded souls.

  • The Rest Circle is held online through Zoom, so you can rest in the cozy comfort of your own home.

    You can join live or access the online portal after the rest circle for the recording and rest rituals.

    When you sign up for the event, you will receive an email with the Zoom link.

    Rest circles take place on the first Sunday of the month, on Zoom, 7:30 pm CT for 60-75 minutes.

    Please join us from a place of comfort and quiet. If you are able, bring a candle, a cup of tea or water, and a journal and pen.

  • Rest Circles are a combination of a short thematic reflection, a ritual practice, yoga nidra meditation, and a closing blessing.

    The Rest Circle is held online through Zoom, so you can rest in the cozy comfort of your own home. You have the option to turn on your camera/microphone or keep it off. When you register for a rest circle, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link and other important information.

    You always have access to the yoga nidra recording for a whole month after the Rest Circle.

  • $27, join live or access the online portal

    After the rest circle, you will have access to an online portal with the rest rituals for the month and the yoga nidra recording.

Wellness & Rest Coaching

Bring your tired worn-out self to a space curated just for you. We begin by creating a quiet, safe place for you to show up for yourself. I have a recipe box full of nourishment to share with you for your rest and your healing. I have found that meeting bi-monthly for three months is a good place to begin. The time between sessions allows room to practice and time for the healing to settle into the bones. 

    • A wise, intuitive guide who will tenderly hold space for all of you

    • Six 60 minute sessions on Zoom, including a gathering ritual and a closing blessing

    • Email or Voxer access to me in between sessions

    • Personalized soul-care recipes to deeply nourish you

    • Three yoga nidra meditaiton recordings - one for each month

    • Several short rest practices

  • Wellness & Rest Coaching with me includes six sessions over Zoom: twice a month over the course of three months.


  • $900 USD

    You can pay this in three installments of $300/month or pay all at once up front.

Welcome, I’m Terri.

I’m a nurturer and care-giver at my core. I love guiding women to rediscover their own intuitive wisdom so they can break free of the stress, overwhelm and exhaustion that is making them unwell and truly live, feeling healthier, happier, having more energy, and deeping connection with those they love.

After experiencing a dark night of the soul in my life, I was led down a path of great healing which included among other things Reiki, Mind-Body Coaching, and Yoga Nidra. I now have a beautiful collection of recipes, prescriptions, permissions, and tools which can release the constant sense of over-load and over-whelm from the never-ending deadlines of your fast-paced professional and home life. 

I believe we need to nourish our lives with self and soul care to reconnect with our heart wisdom for guidance. That reconnection. That is everything. Let me show you how.
